Michael A. Smith, Jr.’s practice is focused on federal litigation, consumer protection, personal injury, and appellate litigation. Michael is licensed to practice in the states of Ohio and New Jersey, as well as the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, Northern District of Ohio, Southern District of Ohio, and District of New Jersey.
Michael joined Dann Law in 2013 and gained valuable experience in consumer and foreclosure defense law through his work as a law clerk in the firm’s Cleveland office. In 2017, Michael received his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law. Before joining Dann Law, Michael graduated from the Ohio State University and worked as the lead property acquisition analyst for a major real estate firm.
