Henry (Hank) Wolfe is a consumer advocate and litigator who has more than 20 years of experience helping ordinary consumers obtain relief from abusive and dishonest businesses. He has successfully represented consumers in hundreds of cases in New Jersey and federal courts, including more than 50 consumer class actions. In addition, his appellate work has resulted in decisions that significantly strengthened consumers’ rights.
Hank, a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, practiced for 10 years as a public interest lawyer, first with Legal Services of Northern Michigan and then with other programs in Michigan and New Jersey, before transitioning to private consumer protection practice. In 2019, Hank returned to his roots, serving as South Jersey Legal Services’ Consumer Law Coordinator for three years. He joined DannLaw in 2024.
