Attorney Dan Solar focuses his practice on investigation and litigation of residential mortgage loan servicing issues and related matters. He and his team leverage federal and state laws to resolve and seek redress on behalf of consumers for errors and abuses related to issues including loan modifications, forbearance, escrow accounts, payment issues, real estate transactions, foreclosures, bankruptcy, collections, and electronic funds transfers.
A licensed attorney since 2009, Dan earned a B.A. in political science from Denison University in 2006 and a J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law in 2009.
