Karen Ortiz–Paralegal

Karen Ortiz joined DannLaw after graduating summa cum laude from Cuyahoga Community College in December 2020, where she earned an Associate of Applied Business degree in Paralegal Studies. She is highly skilled in loss mitigation and passionate about helping homeowners navigate complex financial challenges. Karen is deeply committed to consumer protection, with a particular focus on RESPA, TILA, and ensuring that borrowers are treated fairly throughout the loan servicing process.

Driven by a genuine desire to make a difference, Karen approaches every case with compassion, precision, and dedication to achieving the best possible outcome for clients.

Outside of work, Karen enjoys spending time with her husband, sons, and daughter-in-law.
