Whitney Kaster–Associate Attorney

Whitney Kaster is an Associate Attorney whose practice is focused on foreclosure defense, bankruptcy, and consumer litigation. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Youngstown State University and received her Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Before pursuing a legal career, Whitney worked as a die maker for General Motors, an experience that gave her a strong work ethic and a practical, results-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Whitney is passionate about working with her clients and is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome in every case. She takes the time to understand each client's unique circumstances and uses her experience and knowledge to craft action plans specifically designed to meet their needs and put them on a pathway to resolution. Her clients know her as a trusted confidant and zealous advocate who strives to provide peace of mind during some of the most challenging times in their lives.

Whitney is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio and the Northern District Court of Ohio. She is a member of the Ohio Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.

Outside of the office, Whitney is a proud mother of two and enjoys spending time with her family. Her dedication to the people she serves — both at home and in her practice — reflects her genuine commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others.
